THINGS TO KNOW

  • Why start a farm in a residential community?
Good question! We work predominantly with refugees of all different nationalities living in Clarkston, GA and other surrounding cities. It is our goal to provide fresh produce, milk, and meat to this community at a low cost. It is also our goal to provide employment for refugees seeking work. This location in Loganville is perfect as we are only 20 miles from Clarkston and can serve as a location for refugees to experience a new city not far from their homes.
  • Why work with refugees?
Imagine what life would be like if you were told that you had to uproot and move to another country. You would not know the language, the culture, the food, or the ways to find employment. This is what many people have gone through who are living in the greater Atlanta area. We want to help in any way that we can and believe that a farm will create employment and provide fresh food to this community.
  • Who is welcome to tour the farm?
All are welcome here! We are open to the public Monday-Friday from 12pm - 5pm and Saturday from 9am - 3pm. We would love to see you!
  • How can we help?
Operating a farm is no small task! We are always seeking partnerships between individuals, small group gatherings, and churches to assist in work projects on the farm or financial partnerships. Head to the "Donations" page to find out more or send us a message by jumping over to the "Say Hello" page!
